BA Global Talent is seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to perform on-site and join a team in Palermo and Nuñez, Buenos Aires. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, supporting a dynamic team of 100 employees, and assisting the CEO with their needs, particularly during their travels.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, coordinating office supplies, and maintaining office organization.
- Assist the CEO with travel arrangements, including logistics, itineraries, and any last-minute changes.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, fostering a positive office culture.
- Proactively address and manage unexpected situations, ensuring minimal disruption to the workflow.
- Collaborate with various departments to support projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including after-hours availability to support the CEO.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
On-site: Palermo and Nuñez
Schedule: Full-time, with flexibility to accommodate after-hours support as needed.
