BA Global Talent is seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrative Assistant (on-site) to work at the Development Finance Corporation (DFC) and support the Deputy Chief of Staff (DCOS) and the Chief Risk Officer (CRO). This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operations within the Strategy and Risk teams.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the DCOS and CRO agendas by organizing and prioritizing incoming work, scheduling meetings, booking appointments, and maintaining a follow-up system.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Assist with travel coordination and travel voucher processing for the Strategy and Risk teams.
- Maintain records and databases, tracking projects and deadlines.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders as needed.
- Regular contact with representatives of foreign and domestic businesses, high-level officials from countries with emerging economies, other government agencies, Embassy officials, and DFC employees.
- Respond to requests in a timely manner, with email and phone responses within two business days.
- Conduct daily duties with professionalism, courtesy, and minimal supervision in a high-paced environment.
- Participate in a kick-off meeting within five days of the award date.
- Attend regular (daily) meetings with key stakeholders as determined by supervisors.
- Submit reports and other documentation in draft and final form as determined by supervisors.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
A minimum of 3-5 years of administrative support experience in a federal environment or Development Finance Institution (DFI) is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and meet deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

On-Site: Washington D.C. -with the possibility of working remotely.
Schedule: 9 am to 5:45 pm, with a 45-minute lunch break.
