Business Development Representative (Remote)

BA Global Talent is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. If you are a self-starter with a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales, we would love to hear from you!

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and marketing efforts
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, educating them about the company’s services, and persuading them to schedule a demo or consultation.
  • Conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to identify potential prospects
  • Managing and updating the company's CRM system, including lead tracking, account management, and sales forecasting.
  • Managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle; from sourcing leads, contacting them, and apply sales strategies to close the deals.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the virtual event conferencing services or financial coaching industries.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and generating new business.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimum supervision
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets).
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
