BA Global Talent is seeking a proactive and autonomous professional to join the team as an E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist. This role is ideal for a hands-on expert who can independently drive results, create strategies, and develop performance metrics from scratch. You'll join a team specializing in winches, hoists, and related equipment. A background in industrial or mechanical engineering, or technical experience in sales or e-commerce for industrial products, is highly valued.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Walmart, or similar e-commerce platforms, specializing in managing product listings, optimizing pricing strategies, analyzing sales performance, and scaling operations with a catalog of over 400 SKUs. This dynamic role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can excel without constant direction.

Responsibilities:
    • Manage and optimize e-commerce platform accounts, ensuring compliance with platform policies while driving sales growth for a catalog exceeding 400 SKUs.
    • Create and implement strategies for keyword research, product listing optimization, pricing, and promotions.
    • Analyze sales, ads, and pricing performance, developing KPIs and performance tracking systems from scratch.
    • Oversee inventory management, ensure accurate stock levels, and forecast demand to avoid stockouts.
    • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities for growth.
    • Analyze customer feedback and implement actionable insights to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Troubleshoot account issues and resolve challenges by working with Amazon Seller Support or similar platforms.
    • Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and algorithms to maintain a competitive advantage.

Qualifications:
    • E-commerce expertise: 2+ years of proven experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay or Walmart or similar e-commerce platform. 
    • Technical background: Background in industrial or mechanical engineering, or equivalent technical experience, particularly in sales or e-commerce roles for technical/industrial products.
    • Experience managing large catalogs (+400 SKUs) and developing strategies for scaling.
    • Proficiency with Helium 10 is required. Experience with Jungle Scout, Google AdWords, AMZ Tracker, or similar tools for keyword research, analytics, and competitor tracking is appreciated.
    • Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and develop sales and pricing strategies.
    • Experience with Google Ads or other advertising platforms to drive traffic and sales.
    • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
    • Self-starter with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
