BA Global Talent is seeking a Senior Associate to support the establishment and operation of DFC overseas offices, including personnel onboarding and training, administrative and operational management, content creation for business development support, webpage design, and general support services. This position involves providing direct administrative, technical, and research support to special projects and partnerships managed by the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The Senior Associate Analyst/Advisor will collaborate with staff within the Office of the Chief Operating Officer (OCOO) and other business lines to ensure the effective management of DFC’s investment pipeline, improve investment operations, and coordinate business development.

Working with businesses, it mobilizes private capital to invest in projects that create jobs and opportunities in emerging markets, incluiding building critical infraestructure, expanding access to telecommunications, and providing small business financing women entrepreneurs.

Responsibilities:
- Investment Pipeline Management: 
Support the effective management of DFC’s investment pipeline to ensure timely execution of projects aligned with strategic priorities.
- Operational Strategy Development: Develop and implement operational strategies and process improvements to enhance investment outcomes and efficiency.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects, including supporting OCOO’s engagement in meetings, conferences, partnership engagements, and developing communications products.
- Onboarding and Training Development: Develop comprehensive onboarding programs and training curriculums for DFC personnel designated for overseas offices.
- Administrative and Operational Management: Draft official communications, track office opening progress, provide problem-solving support, coordinate interviews, and create position descriptions.
- Webpage Design and Content Creation: Design and maintain a webpage for business development coordination, ensuring it is populated with essential resources and updated regularly.
- General Support Services: Perform note-taking duties, generate reports, create presentations, and collect and analyze data relevant to operational effectiveness and business development.

Qualifications:
- Requirements: U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Travel in foreign countries may be required.
- Education and Certification:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a related finance or consulting field, including impact investing, development or emerging market finance, investment or business advisory services, or management consulting. Specialized experience in data analysis, market research, and communications.
- Preferred Experience: Knowledge and skill in formulating and recommending new policies, processes, or strategies. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.

On-Site: Washington D.C., with the possibility to work remotely.
Schedule: 9 AM - 5:45 PM
