BA Global Talent is seeking a dedicated and organized Paralegal to join a legal team. This role will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to attorneys and assisting with various administrative tasks by staying connected and working together efficiently through real-time interaction with attorneys and team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a law firm environment, possess strong organizational skills, be tech-savvy, and demonstrate a proactive approach to their work.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with web-based filing systems and ensure accurate documentation of legal materials.
• Filing documents and maintaining organized records.
• Manage attorney calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
• Handle email correspondence using Outlook, including drafting, responding to inquiries, and managing client communications.
• Close out emails to clients and ensure all necessary follow-up actions are completed.
• Open and close legal matters, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
• Assist with the preparation and execution of retention agreements as needed.
• Assist with report revisions, Word processing tasks, and creating presentations using PowerPoint.
• Arranging travel accommodations for team members
• Maintain group records.

Requirements:
• Previous experience working as a Paralegal in a law firm or legal office environment.
• Previous experience working with a litigation team.
• Previous experience with legal practice management software such as Clio is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proactive approach to tasks and ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Experience with legal research and document preparation is preferred but not required.

Time Zone: EST
Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 30-minutes break.
