BA Global Talent is looking for a qualified professional to join in the role of Revenue Operations Specialist (hybrid). In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and cleanliness of the revenue operations database. This role plays a critical part in supporting the RevOps team by maintaining data hygiene across all systems, including CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics dashboards. The Revenue Operations Specialist will report to the Director and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data alignment across departments, supporting strategic initiatives, pipeline management, and lead attribution.
Responsibilities:
Data Quality & Integrity: Regularly audit and clean customer and prospect data within the CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and other RevOps systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Database Maintenance: Monitor and manage data entry processes, ensuring standardized formats, correct segmentation, and adherence to data governance policies.
UTM Management: Support the proper setup, tracking, and maintenance of UTM parameters for accurate lead attribution and marketing campaign performance analysis.
Data Governance: Develop, implement, and enforce data governance best practices to ensure data is accurate, secure, and compliant with industry standards.
Lead & Account Hygiene: Perform ongoing lead/contact cleanup, deduplication, and enrichment activities to support the SDR, marketing, and sales teams.
Reporting & Analytics Support: Collaborate with the analytics and operations teams to ensure clean data flows into reporting tools like Tableau, ensuring accurate insights for decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and CX teams to align data standards and improve data-driven processes across systems (e.g., Salesforce, Eloqua, GA4).
Database Enrichment: Assist with integrating and maintaining third-party data enrichment services to enhance CRM data quality and ensure a complete customer view.
Data Entry Processes: Create and document processes for data entry and upkeep to maintain accuracy and consistency across the RevOps ecosystem.
Data Audits & Quality Control: Run regular audits to identify data gaps, inconsistencies, or inaccuracies and take proactive measures to correct them.
Technology Stack Management: Assist in managing and optimizing integrations between Salesforce, Eloqua, GA4, and other tools within the RevOps tech stack.
Compliance & Security: Ensure data-handling practices comply with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and internal security policies.
Qualifications:
Proficient English
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: 4 -6 years of experience in a data-focused role, preferably in RevOps, SalesOps, or MarketingOps.
Salesforce experience is required.
Strong understanding of data governance, data cleaning, and enrichment techniques. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Eloqua or similar), UTM tagging, and lead attribution.
Analytics Tools: Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Tableau for reporting and analytics.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Bonus Skills: Experience with Python, SQL, or other data manipulation languages is a plus.
