Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable: invoice verification, processing payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Control of Working Hours of Staff: Monitor and maintain records of staff working hours.
- Issuing Purchase Orders (POs).
- Payroll.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance financial processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Client Support: Provide support to clients regarding financial inquiries, billing issues, and account reconciliation as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial operations, bookkeeping, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of payroll processing.
- Exceptional communication skills for client support.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Strong dedication to maintaining financial confidentiality and ethical standards.
