Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support to the founding managers, ensuring seamless operations and effective decision-making.
Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to facilitate valuation, planning, and forecasting activities.
Identify opportunities to optimize internal financial processes, driving efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
Conduct regular reviews and reconciliations to uphold the integrity of financial data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist in negotiating contracts with vendors and service providers, securing favorable terms and conditions to support the company's objectives.
Requirements:
Proven track record of 1-2 years in financial operations, including bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively.
Strong analytical skills with the capacity to identify issues, analyze problems, and propose viable solutions to drive business success.
