Job Overview
In addition to recruiting candidates for a variety of roles, the successful applicant will be responsible for the coordination of the recruiting team, candidate assessment, communication with clients, database management and overall recruiting process improvements. This role focuses on ensuring efficient management of open positions, ensuring a low time-to-fill, team collaboration, and maintaining high standards in recruiting reporting and data management. The ideal candidate will have experience with recruiting/HR software tools, recruitment processes, and improving HR workflows. The candidate must be a strong leader, be highly organized, be able to perform autonomously and have outstanding communication skills.
This role reports directly to the Company’s COO and is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Recruitment: Actively source, engage, and recruit candidates through various channels, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational needs.
- Talent Acquisition Oversight: Coordinate a team of junior and ssr recruiters to ensure timely delivery of candidates to clients, manage collaborative tools, coordinate the Applicant Tracking System, and enhance job postings and digital campaigns to attract top talent.
- Recruitment Process Management: Drive recruitment for client roles, oversee candidate pre-selection, and ensure timely technical assessments and evaluations.
- Client and Candidate Coordination: Align job descriptions with client needs, facilitate communication, and manage candidate presentation and follow-up processes.
- Process Improvement and KPI Monitoring: Optimize the candidate selection process, ensure team KPIs are met (low time-to-fill), and update reports and documentation regularly.
Qualifications:
- +2 years of experience in recruiting / talent acquisition, preferably in a recruiting / headhunting agency.
- Strong communication skills in English both written and conversational. Most clients are US-based, as well as some candidates.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools, including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and other tools.
- Proficiency with HR tools like Applicant Tracking Systems, ClickUp, and Google tools for workflow management.
- Experience in client communication and managing relationships through email, meetings, and interviews in a remote environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
These skills are a plus:
- Familiarity with Dripify or similar candidate outreach platforms.
- Experience with working with Clients or Talent from the United States.
- Knowledge of Freshteam ATS
- Experience with Technical Roles.
