BA Global Talent is looking for a proactive, articulate, and organized Sourcer in LATAM to join a growing team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part at the earliest stages of the recruitment process—identifying and engaging top talent, sparking interest in exciting opportunities, and setting the stage for meaningful conversations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective candidates using provided lists.
- Gauge candidate interest and collect key qualifying details.
- Schedule qualified candidates for further conversations with senior team members.
- Send personalized follow-up emails to prospects who were unreachable by phone.
- Support proactive outreach efforts between active searches.
- Keep talent data clean and up-to-date in the database and spreadsheets.
- Work closely with the internal team to enhance sourcing and outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
- Fluent English skills—both spoken and written.
- Comfortable making cold and warm outreach calls.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and email templates is a bonus.
- Experience in sourcing, recruiting, sales, or customer service is a plus (but not required).
- Naturally organized and detail-oriented.
- Friendly, professional, and able to build rapport quickly.

Time Zone: Eastern Time
Part-Time: 20-30 hours per week
Full-Time: 9:30 AM - 5 PM ET (Flexible)
