Sales Account Executive (Remote)

BA Global Talent is seeking highly motivated individuals with proven Sales and Account Management experience. In this job, your responsibilities include working with existing clients to ensure they will continue to use the company’s services, as well as searching out and building relationships with new clients. You'd be the face of the company, providing information and overall exceptional customer service. 

The ideal candidate is aggressive about achieving quotas, actively seeking out high-profile opportunities, and encouraging growth within existing accounts. In addition to seeking out new accounts, you assist with negotiation and onboarding, building a lasting and productive relationship with each client by engaging in the entire process.

Responsibilities
  • Provide detailed reports of accomplished work 
  • Develop new accounts by opening doors, and building strong relationships by selling our service for any business’s needs
  • Advising customers on the suitability of products based on technical needs
  • Delivering sales presentations to business owners and leadership 
  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients 
  • Be able to meet targets and deadlines
  • Ensure an appropriate level of industry and competitive knowledge 
  • Meet monthly assigned sales quota  
  • Achieving sales targets
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience 
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals 
  • Proven results in selling custom services to various industries 
  • Exceptional phone and communication skills with the ability to sell at decision-making levels and close deals over the phone or in person
  • Experience in website and online marketing 
  • Strong interpersonal skills that must be complemented by excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Independent self-starter who thrives in a dynamic work environment 
  • An ability to respond with a sense of urgency in a sales-driven culture
  • Strong closing performance. 
  • Demonstrated history of proven sales quota success.
  • Ability to communicate industry, product & technical information to a non-technical audience 
  • Large outbound call volume. 
  • In-depth understanding of the client's business, vision, goals, and competitors
