BA Global Talent is seeking a driven, tech-savvy Inside Sales Representative based in Medellín, Colombia, with a customer-first mindset to sell home services for multiple brands.
The Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for closing sales for franchises of multiple brands that pay for Call Center support. Comprehensive training will be provided from day one as well as coaches who are dedicated to your success in meeting the sales performance objectives.
Preferred qualifications include prior sales experience and proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications. Candidates who possess exceptional attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment are ideally suited for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Close sales with confidence: Talk to homeowners over the phone and help them choose the right services from a wide range of options.
- Build and nurture relationships: Build authentic connections with homeowners and listen to their needs and guide them to the best solutions, not just make a sale.
- Reach and exceed goals: Work toward clear productivity targets—and aim to go beyond them. Celebrate your milestones and then set new benchmarks.
- Work as a team: Collaborate with your teammates by sharing ideas, strategies, and feedback to help everyone succeed.
- Manage CRM data accurately: Keep customer records up to date and ensure all interactions and progress are logged clearly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Must be based in Medellín, Colombia.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Must have closing sales experience.
- Must be able to type 40 WPM.
- Must have experience with CRM Software.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
