BA Global Talent is looking for a qualified professional to join in the role of Revenue Operations Analyst (hybrid), a vital part of the Revenue Operations team, responsible for supporting the systems, tools, and processes that drive revenue growth. This role ensures data accuracy, operational efficiency, and alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. The Revenue Operations Analyst will report to the RevOps Manager and perform regular data maintenance, assist in tool administration, and contribute to the documentation and optimization of processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in RevOps while collaborating with cross-functional teams on impactful projects.
Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining and optimizing RevOps systems and tools, including Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and sales engagement tools.
Perform routine data audits and updates to ensure accuracy and consistency across all RevOps systems.
Create and maintain documentation for RevOps processes and procedures to ensure clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
Support the generation and distribution of regular reports on key performance metrics for sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and CX teams to align processes and tools with business objectives.
Assist in the setup and troubleshooting of RevOps tools and platforms to ensure seamless usage by team members.
Help onboard new team members by providing training on RevOps tools and processes.
Contribute to special projects and initiatives within the RevOps team, such as system upgrades or process improvements.
Act as a liaison to gather feedback from users on RevOps tools and processes to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
1-3 years in an operational or administrative role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong English is mandatory.
Above average organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic understanding of sales and marketing processes.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
Eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about improving processes to drive business success.
